Prior to commencement of all assignments our Supervisors carry out an Initial site survey, risk assessment of the proposed site, and detailed evaluation of client specifications.
We continue to maintain close co-operation through on-going communication with our clients to ensure continued success of our operations.
- Proper administration of assignments is carried out by fully experienced and qualified supervisors.
- Periodic reports make sure we keep up-to-date with incidents and occurrences on every site at all times.

Our 24 hour on call Operations team provides the following facilities:
- Prompt response to incident calls
- Control room services for our personnel and clients
- Liaison with the police for any needed backup
