Hallmark Protection selects its guarding and security personnel carefully with comprehensive interview procedures. New security officers are always accompanied by our experienced Hallmark Protection staff to ensure our clients experience a service with reliable, honest, ethical and hard working individuals. While training progresses, reference checks are made and a criminal index is cross referenced. Special training, medical examinations and drug tests are scheduled as necessary. People make the difference and training gives Hallmark Protection the edge. Training is a main concern and is one of the reasons why we have a recognized work force.
Thorough training schedules are enforced to ensure standards are maintained. All new staff are required to attend a four day training course in accordance with the Security Industry Training Organisation (S.I.T.O).

On the job training is continuous, together with specific on-site training where special needs apply.
